At Regal Elite Realty, we value our tenants. We sincerely hope that you feel nothing but comfort and security for the length of your lease. Please feel free to contact us whenever you have questions, concerns, or problems.
TENANTS FEEL AT HOME WITH REGAL ELITE
Both for our tenants’ and owners’ benefit, our priority is to make sure that each home managed by Regal Elite Realty is maintained in good condition. We want you to feel right at home, so please make the home your own, but do not hesitate to call us with any and all repair or maintenance issues.
KNOW YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS TENANTS
Please be sure to ask us any questions you may have about the property and lease agreement. We encourage you to know all your responsibilities for the property you are leasing. Here are the most common:
- It is the tenant’s responsibility to know and adhere to any and all standards and regulations set by the community HOA – Home Owners’ Association.
- Unless you have made prior arrangements, it is also the tenant’s responsibility to maintain the yards, landscape and/or pool.
Our hope is that eventually our tenants will become our buyers when they are ready to take that exciting leap to purchasing a home. Louise at Regal Elite looks forward to working with you!
WHAT DO TENANTS SAY?
“My husband and I met Regal Elite six years ago when we were looking for a rental house. We enjoy working with Louise, she is energetic, pleasant and most of all professional. We were going through a tough time and when we met with her to view the rental property, she put us completely at ease. She always has time for her renters and works hard to ensure they are taken care of. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a rental property. She is great to work with.” ~ Duane & Mickey A., Arizona
“Our family has been very blessed to rent from Regal Elite for the past six years. They are extremely professional and have taken care of all of needs as a tenant. We have and will definitely continue to recommend them to everyone looking for rentals and/or property management.” ~ Anonymous, Arizona
